3. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are outlined in your project proposal. Standard terms require a deposit before commencement, with the balance due upon project completion and before final handover.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the website files and content completely. We retain the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise.
5. Maintenance & Support
We provide 3 months of free maintenance support after project delivery. After this period, ongoing support requires an active support package.
